In order to process orders and enable customers to benefit from VAT zero-rating we process the following information.

Customer's name and postal address together with delivery address (if different from postal address). This information will be passed to Homecraft AbilityOne so that they can arrange for delivery of the ordered goods.

Customer's e-mail address- we will retain this should we need to inform the customer if we are unable to provide goods ordered within the specified delivery period. We will not give the customer's e-mail address to any third parties.

Vat declaration. We will retain this declaration so that it can be provided to HM Customs and Excise and for our own accounting records.

We will retain customers' order details for our own sales records- these will not be passed to third parties.

None of the information provided when users registered will be given to third parties

Security policy

All information provided to us by site users is transmitted and stored securely.

No information is kept on our hosts scure server for longer than 24 hours.

All information is held on disk at two separate locations. The disks are held securely and can only be accessed by two authorised individuals.

Access

Any peron who has provided us with details has an unrestricted right to inspect the records that we hold. We are unable to amend or alter the details provided to us in the VAT declaration. Any request to inspect or amend records should be made in writing to-
