The Airex Balance Pad is a versatile and comfortable cushioned pad, designed to help the user practise balancing and co-ordination. Can also be used for a variety of ankle and knee exercises, to practise weight bearing and weight shifting, or for relaxation. Manufactured from closed-cell ultra-soft foam, the pad compresses under the feet and is soft and comfortable to the touch.
