This lap strap passes entirely round the seat back. It is mainly for use with scooters but can also be used with wheelchairs.
It uses a snap-lok fastener and is adjustable to fit everybody.
This lap strap is not a seat belt and must not be used on vehicles travelling in excess of 8mph.
