The cover is made with an innovative multi-directional stretch fabric that is water proof, latex free, flame retardant, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal and exceptional for pressure relief. The QuadraGel pack is a supple polyurethane bladder, thermoformed to a 3 dimensional deep contour so that the seating surface further conforms to the body. This reduces heat, pressure and shear forces that can cause pressure sores.
