This set of three CD-Roms deals with the anatomy of the bones, joints and muscles of the human locomotive system. Includes: The Upper Extremity, The Lower Extremity and the Trunk and Head. Individual bones are illustrated and discussed in detail with the help of animated multi-views and a zoom feature in the "Skeleton" chapter. The "Articulation" chapter illustrates the special characteristics and features of a joint including the ligaments, articular surface and internal structures. Animations with commentary are used to demonstrate possible movements. The "Muscle" chapter enables the user to view every single muscle and its origins and insertions.
