NAVIGATION

There are five different ways to find your way through this site-

1. By using the navigation bar at the top of the page- clicking on any topic will take you to the start of those sections. Following the text links from those pages will take you further into the site.

2. By clicking on the text links in the sidebar you can move quickly from one section to another.

 

3. You can use the search facility to look for a particular product or topic.

 

4. Our site map indexes all the pages on the site and the sections to which they belong. You can access every section by a text link from the site map.

 

5. You can also browse the products in the shop by selecting an activity category from the drop-down list in the header. Each selection will take you to a range of products appropriate to that activity

SHOPPING

Selecting products

You can add items to your shopping basket by using the "Buy Now" buttons in the product description pages. Each item that is added to your basket is displayed at the top of the sidebar.

The checkout

When you have selected all the products that you want to buy, you can proceed to the checkout by clicking on the checkout text link on the right of the page header or by clicking on the "view basket link" in the sidebar. Once at the checkout you will be asked to confirm your selection and asked to confirm whether or not you qualify for Vat zero-rating.

At the checkout you can remove items from your basket if you wish.

 

Entering your details

Once you have confirmed the contents of your basket and told us whether you qualify for zero-rating, you will be transferred to our secure server to enter your personal details and complete the vat declaration. Once these details have been confirmed you will be transferred to Securetrading's secure server for card processing.

If you do not wish to send your details across the web- you are able to download your order form and declaration and return these to us by post, enclosing your cheque.

 

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

At the top right corner of each page there is an image of one of our best selling products, this image changes every time the page changes or refreshes.

Our forums provide a place where you can ask questions, share views and experiences with other users. If you register you can post messages that appear immediately and can provide your own user profile that can be viewed by people reading your posts.

Registered users are also able to compile their own wish lists which will be retained for later visits.
